Laboratories
Our management values safety and quality first and foremost and conducts extensive on-site testing so as to ensure the related highest standards are met for safety and quality.
With the aim of meeting customer requirements and providing high-quality products within international standards, achieving competitiveness, high reliability, and fulfilling our permanent motto “safety and quality first and foremost”, the company factories have been equipped with modern laboratories in which the product is tested starting from the raw materials, then the interim tests, final tests, quality tests, and delivery testing so as to ensure the quality of the product before it is delivered to the concerned customer.
These laboratories are as follows:
The Raw Material Laboratory
Raw materials are inspected to ensure they meet the required specifications. The safety performance of all used equipment is also monitored and calibrated periodically.
The PVC Factory Laboratory
In it, samples of the finished product (plastic granules) are tested. Their conformity with the required standards are carried out. Then the product is duly documented.
The Boppinage Factory Laboratory
In it, a set of tests are carried out for the boppinage insulated winding wires (varnished) and their compliance with the required standards and specifications. The results are duly documented.
The Cable Factory Laboratory
The laboratory in the cable factory falls into two main branches:
1- Medium and High Voltage Laboratory
2- Low Voltage Laboratory
